How It Works

The concept is simple. You compete. You win. You get prizes. For Free. If you have ever participated in a scavenger hunt, you are already one step ahead in understanding how this website works. First things first, know that RushHunt only gives prizes to the first place winner: it is a competition for that slot.

TIP: choose a RushHunt that does not display the winner message for your shot at the Grand Prize

Every RushHunt, or online scavenger hunt, consists of several questions offering a grand prize, which varies from simple trinkets to costly electronics (like an Xbox 360 or iPhone). Each question refers to a sponsored webpage, which has the answer hidden somewhere in the text. The first player to answer all questions correctly is the winner.

Each question should take only a few minutes to figure out. However, some users may find certain questions easier or more difficult than others may and the time it takes you to answer any given question may vary greatly. It all depends on how good you are at finding things on web pages. If you're more tech savvy than others you are at a huge advantage for the free prize.

After hearing about RushHunt most people ask the same question: Who pays for all the expensive prizes and is it legit? Yes and yes. Multiple websites sponsor individual questions; after RushHunt has gained enough sponsors, we will put up a new scavenger hunt. Also, for all the skeptics out there we actually ship any and all prizes won.

If you are first to finish a RushHunt, winning the grand prize, the system will provide details on how to forward necessary shipping info to deliver your prize promptly.
